01
Risk Disclaimer
Trading binary options carries a high risk of loss. You can lose some or all of your money, and with a binary option you can lose your whole stake on every single trade.
- All or nothing. A binary option pays a fixed return or nothing. Being slightly wrong on direction or timing means a total loss on that trade.
- The odds work against you. With payouts below 100%, you must win more than half your trades just to break even.
- Losses add up fast. Short expiries make it easy to place many trades and hard to stop.
- Only risk what you can afford to lose. Never trade money you need for rent, bills, savings or debts, and never borrow to trade.
If you’re unsure whether trading suits you, get independent advice from a licensed professional in your country.
02
Legal Status by Country
Binary options are illegal or restricted in many places, and offshore brokers often accept customers from countries where they may not sell the product. This summary isn’t legal advice; check the current rules where you live.
| Country or region | Position for retail traders |
|---|---|
| European Union | Marketing and sale to retail clients prohibited under ESMA product intervention, since made permanent by national regulators |
| United Kingdom | Permanent FCA ban on selling to retail consumers |
| Australia | ASIC ban on issuing or distributing to retail clients (extended to 2031) |
| Canada | Binary options with expiries under 30 days banned for individuals |
| United States | Legal only on CFTC-regulated exchanges or SEC-registered venues. Offshore platforms soliciting US residents are unregistered |
| India | The RBI alert list names many binary and forex apps. Trading forex through them can breach FEMA |
We don’t recommend a broker to readers in a country where it’s prohibited. See whether Pocket Option is legal or Quotex is legal where you live. Knowing and following your local law is your responsibility.

Not Financial Advice
Everything on CrypOption Hub is general information and education. It isn’t financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it isn’t a recommendation to buy, sell or trade anything.
- CrypOption Hub and its authors are not licensed financial advisors, brokers or investment firms.
- Our content doesn’t consider your goals, finances or circumstances.
- When an author describes their own trades, that’s a personal account, not a suggestion to copy it.
- A ranking, score or “Recommended” label reflects our method on the date shown. It doesn’t mean a broker is safe or right for you.
04
Affiliate Disclosure
CrypOption Hub takes part in affiliate programs. When you click some of our links and then register, deposit or trade with a broker, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. It’s the main way we fund our work, and it’s a conflict of interest. This is how we handle it:
- Labeled links. Pages with affiliate links carry a disclosure box, and the links are marked
nofollow sponsored. - One scorecard. The weights and caps in our review methodology are identical for every broker, whether or not we earn from it.
- Bad news stays in. Regulator warnings, failed tests and restrictions appear in reviews even when they cost us a click.
- Marked promotions. Sponsored content is labeled, and promotional boxes carry a risk warning.
- Clean education. Pages that only teach carry no affiliate links.
We aim to cover only services we have tested or have good reason to trust, but commission relationships can still influence which brokers we choose to cover. Keep that in mind, and check a broker’s regulator and terms yourself before you deposit.
05
Promo Codes and Bonuses
Offers on our pages are set by the brokers, not by us. They can change or end without notice.
- Read the terms. Bonuses usually carry turnover conditions that can lock your funds until they’re met.
- Availability varies. An offer may not be open in your country or to existing accounts.
- We can’t apply or restore a bonus. If an offer doesn’t work, contact the broker.
- A bonus isn’t a reason to deposit more than you planned.
06
Accuracy and Updates
We work to keep our content accurate, but payouts, fees, minimum deposits, bonuses and regulatory status change, and we can’t promise every page reflects today’s position.
- Reviews and rankings show a last verified date. Treat older figures with caution.
- Confirm current terms on the broker’s own website and the regulator’s register before you act.
- Third-party figures name their source. Anything we haven’t tested ourselves is labeled “not yet tested” or “reported”.
07
Results and Demo Accounts
- No guarantees. Nothing we publish promises profit, income or a “sure” method. Strategies are explained for learning.
- Past results don’t predict future ones. An example trade shows what happened, not what will.
- Demo isn’t live. Demo accounts use virtual money and can behave differently from live accounts.
- Results vary. Skill, timing, discipline, costs and luck all affect outcomes.
08
Third-Party Sites and Brokers
We link to brokers, regulators and other sites we don’t own or control. A link isn’t an endorsement, and we aren’t responsible for their content, security, privacy practices or services.
When you open an account with a broker, your agreement is with that company, not with CrypOption Hub. We don’t hold funds, execute trades or process deposits and withdrawals, and we can’t resolve disputes with a broker. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data on this site.
09
Limitation of Liability
You use this website and act on its content at your own risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, CrypOption Hub, its owners and its authors are not liable for any loss or damage, including trading losses, lost profits or lost deposits, arising from use of the site, reliance on its content, or dealings with any broker or third party we mention.
By using this website, you confirm that you are responsible for your own trading decisions, that you understand binary options can lose you everything you put in, and that you’ll check trading them is legal where you live before you start.
Nothing on this page excludes liability that can’t be excluded by law.
