What You Need for Quotex Registration

You need very little to sign up on Quotex. You should be at least 18 years old, pick your country of residence, choose a base account currency (this one’s important — more on that later), and have an email address ready. No ID or proof of address is required to register on Quotex. That only comes into play when you try to withdraw funds.

How to Sign Up on Quotex Step by Step

The whole process takes under 3 minutes once you have your details ready, and I’ll walk you through exactly what I did on my own account.

Step 1: Open the official Quotex site. Use the link and click on the “Sign Up” button. I’d avoid typing “Quotex” into Google and clicking the first result blindly, because search results are full of mirror sites and link-in-bio pages that redirect through affiliate links you didn’t choose. Some are legitimate, but there’s no reason to take that risk when the official domain is right there.

Step 2: Choose your country and account currency. The form asks for your country of residence first, then your base account currency. Make sure to pick the currency you’ll actually be depositing and withdrawing in, not just whatever’s listed first.

Step 3: Enter your email and password. Your password needs uppercase and lowercase letters, a number, and a symbol, becaus Quotex will reject anything simpler. You can also skip email entirely and register with Google instead. I’ve used all three at different points, and here’s how they actually compare:

Step 4: Confirm the two checkboxes and submit. You’ll see two boxes above the Registration button. The first is the confirming that you’re over 18 years old, and the second is a declaration that you’re not a US citizen. Here’s the thing about Quotex registration that most guides gloss over in half a sentence: your base currency choice is important. Quotex supports USD, EUR, GBP, BRL, IDR, MYR, INR, KZT, RUB, THB, UAH, VND, NGN, EGP, MXN, JPY, BDT, PKR, and more. You can technically change it after registering, but it means opening a support ticket and paying a 3% conversion fee on your balance.

We’re covering Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, and Brazil specifically here because these are among the countries where Quotex sees the most traffic, and each one has a local currency option.

Note that if you’re depositing with crypto regardless of where you live, USD keeps things simplest since most crypto rails price in USD anyway.

Quotex Sign Up in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, and Brazil

Quotex registration is open to traders in all four of these countries, but the process looks slightly different depending on where you’re signing up from.

Pakistan

Quotex registration in Pakistan works the same as anywhere else. You’ll enter your country, currency, email, password, and PKR is available as your base currency if you’re depositing through local payment methods. Most Quotex Pakistani traders I’ve seen use Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer for deposits, and all three work fine with a PKR account.

Bangladesh

Quotex sign up works identically in Bangladesh, and BDT is available as your account currency. Local payment methods are the most reliable way to fund an account here. Bank transfer and mobile wallets are usually faster than card deposits. Again, Quotex is not authorised by the BSEC, so the same offshore caveat applies.

India

You can register on Quotex in India without any issue, and INR is supported as your base currency. UPI is the most common deposit method Indian traders use, and it’s generally the fastest to clear. Since, Quotex is not registered with SEBI, it operates outside Indian regulatory oversight.

Brazil

Quotex registration is open in Brazil too. BRL is available as your account currency. Pix is the fastest local deposit route. Again, Quotex is not authorised by the CVM, so the same offshore status applies as in the other three markets.

Verifying Your Email and Your Account

Once you’re in, head to the “Account” tab in the sidebar. You’ll get to the Personal Data page, and in my case the email was already marked “Verified” automatically after registration. There was no separate confirmation click needed on my end, though if yours shows unverified, check your inbox for a confirmation link and click through it.

But the part that actually matters is right next to your personal data. There’s a “Documents Verification” panel, and it’ll show a red warning that says you need to fill in your identity information before you can verify your account at all. Your Nickname and ID number are auto-generated, but First Name, Last Name, Date of birth, and Address are left completely empty. Quotex doesn’t ask for any of this at signup, only afterward.

Remember, none of this blocks you from depositing funds to Quotex or trading on a demo or live account. It only becomes a problem the moment you try to withdraw. An incomplete profile at that point triggers a manual review that can add 24 to 72 hours to your payout. Fill these fields in now, right after signup, so it’s not holding up your money later. Common Quotex Registration Problems and Fixes

I ran into a couple of these Quotex sign up issues myself while testing, so here’s what actually works.

• This email is already registered: This usually means you (or someone using your device or IP previously) already has an account. Quotex only allows one account per person, so don’t try to create a second one. Check if you can recover the original account instead, or use a different email if you’re certain you’ve never signed up before.
• Registration button does nothing, or the form fails to submit: This is almost always a browser issue. Clear your cache, disable any ad blockers, or try a different browser entirely. It’s rarely the platform itself.
• You’re in a restricted country: Quotex doesn’t accept traders from the USA, Canada, Hong Kong, and EEA countries. If you’re in one of these, the form will simply reject you regardless of what you enter. Worth confirming your own status directly on the site, since these lists can shift.
• Why a VPN is a bad idea: I don’t recommend trying to bypass restrictions with a VPN. Quotex has gotten better at detecting them, and accounts flagged for suspicious location activity risk getting frozen. This means your deposited funds get stuck too.

Demo or Live Account First?
